Health Assistant (M/F)

The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and psychiatry of advanced age. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. About 70 collaborators work there.

We are looking for the EMS Les Clos d'Aubonne a:

Health Assistant (M/F) at 80-100%

To strengthen our Geriatrics service at EMS Aubonne, immediately or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE

• A diploma as a health assistant or nursing assistant recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Successful experience in geriatrics or psychiatry of advanced age, an asset.
• Knowledge of the health system and EMS in Switzerland.
• Gentleness, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills with elderly people.
• A team spirit and solidarity allowing the maintenance of good interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Dynamism, commitment, and good adaptability.

• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for our residents.
