Our stylish corporate office in Munich bundles all construction and design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotels.
The central Finance & Controlling department of the group takes care, among other things, of the group's accounting as well as invoicing and payment processing and monthly and annual financial statements.

* Are an important part of an exciting and versatile team
* Take over the administrative tasks for up to three hotels of the group and are the contact person for the respective hotel managers
* Participate in coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting, taxes, IT system providers)
* Independently handle accounting tasks (preparatory including all cash registers and other information systems and follow-up including supporting account reconciliations)
* Take care of invoice management (debtors and creditors) as well as payment processing
* Support tasks related to planning (budget and forecast), including liquidity
* Assist in the preparation of reporting for management and our capital providers
* Support the management and further development of commercial structures, processes, and systems
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Have completed a hotel-specific training and/or a degree in the commercial field successfully
* Have gained initial professional experience in the hotel industry as well as in finance / controlling / accounting
* Bring good knowledge in internal accounting as well as basic knowledge in financial accounting, balance sheets, controlling, and inventory management
* Count entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a very pronounced analytical, commercial, and quantitative understanding among your strengths
* Work conscientiously, independently, and with the right amount of attention to detail
* Consider high loyalty and confidentiality as a matter of course
* Have initial experience with accounting systems as well as good Excel skills and enjoy digital work
* Are fluent in German and have good English skills
