We are looking for a Shift Supervisor Customer Manufacturing DRCKS to complement our global team and further advance customer manufacturing with your expertise and leadership spirit.

If so, an exciting task awaits you here: You will take responsibility in our manufacturing, actively shape processes, and ensure that our high quality standards are lived daily.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- lead and specifically develop a shift with 13 to 17 employees in a 2-shift operation.
- ensure daily planning, coordination, and target achievement in day-to-day business.
- actively demand and promote our quality requirements, safety regulations, and internal standards.
- initiate continuous improvements (Kaizen) and implement them together with your team.
- be responsible for the Autonomous Maintenance area as part of our TPM strategy.
- work directly on site in the shop floor and lead by example.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are communicative, organized, and enjoy working with people and helping them develop.
- have a technical basic education and further training as a leadership specialist, master craftsman, or technician.
- bring several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment.
- are confident in using MS Office and SAP and ideally have initial experience with LEAN methods.
- have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written – additional language skills are an advantage.
- work independently, flexibly, and enjoy collaborating in a team.
