Team Leader (Cleaning Supervisor)At ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Supervision of cleaning activities
- Administrative and operational management of the specifications
- Organization and planning of cleaning teams
- Quality control of services
- Follow-up on client requests
- Control of working hours and entry into the Time software
- Ordering materials and stock monitoring
- Training of new employees
- Occasional assistance in the field
Your profile:
- CFC cleaning agent (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of cleaning machines (scrubber dryer, single-disc machine)
- Proficiency in French, English/Portuguese/Spanish is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and comfortable with IT tools
- Sense of responsibility
- Helpful with a strong customer orientation
- Initiative / Rigour / Organization
- Afternoon/evening hours
