* are the first point of contact and sparring partner for team members and leads in your support area (UK, IE & NL) and actively shape modern, structured P&C work
* take responsibility for compensation & benefits, from contract design to salary adjustments to the correct and timely handling of all remuneration topics
* independently manage all personnel processes along the employee lifecycle with overview - from onboarding to exit
* ensure clean master data, valid budgets, and transparent reporting and continuously develop P&C controlling
* competently accompany and advise managers on labor law issues as well as personnel development and feedback processes
* coordinate P&C events, trainings, and onboarding formats and regularly exchange on-site with our hotels
* actively work on the further development of our P&C tools, processes, and guidelines and contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects
We have been waiting for you because you:
* bring several years of experience in a generalist P&C/HR role, ideally with initial experience in a structuring or leadership function
* are very familiar with local labor law, contract management, as well as compensation & benefits topics and work confidently and independently
* think structurally, keep an overview even with complex topics and have a good sense for numbers, budgets, and priorities
* appear confident, clear, and empathetic and move confidently in exchanges with employees as well as managers
* work solution-oriented, pragmatic, and with a high quality standard for your own work,
* are eager to take responsibility, develop things further, love to explore new paths, question the status quo, and actively shape P&C at Ruby
* feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and not only have a big heart for people but are also perceived and appreciated as a trustworthy person
* bring fluent English skills and speak good German - additional languages, especially Dutch, would be a plus 😉
