How can you make a difference?
KPIs:
1. Support the development of 2 age-specific engagement offerings, focusing on adolescence and young adults, conceived as an integral part of the broader family philanthropy approach
2. Support the collection and measurement of feedback from participants regarding programme relevance and satisfaction, segmented by generation
3. Support selected National Committees or Country Offices in customizing and piloting the offerings in their markets 12 April 2027 2. Development of Communication Plans and Content: Design and implement effective communication strategies for family philanthropic engagement. Collaborate with program managers to ensure the content reflects program objectives and resonates with target audiences, thereby improving donor engagement and the overall donor experience.
KPIs:
1. Support the development of contents related to family philanthropy engagements, such as SD Family Tours, VDEs, and other offerings
2. Assist in the development of Family Philanthropy Case Studies series to be shared with MGO community
3. Create assets and presentations on Family Philanthropy offerings to be shared at FP Community of Practice calls, GP newsletters and calls, VSS. 31 December 2026 3. Event Management for Family Engagements: Plan and deliver high-impact events, designed to create meaningful experiences for current and prospective donor families. Manage all aspects of event logistics, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and philanthropic mission. Ensure each event is strategically planned to enhance donor engagement and support long-term philanthropic goals.
KPIs:
1 .Successfully plan and execute a portfolio of high-impact events that enhance donor engagement, with clear objectives, strong attendance from priority donor families, and positive post-event feedback (e.g., ≥85% satisfaction rate).
2. Use events as a strategic engagement tool to identify and cultivate new prospective donor families, with a target number of new qualified prospects engaged and follow-up actions agreed within 3 months of each event.
3. Deliver events on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, with documented outcomes demonstrating contribution to donor stewardship and long-term philanthropic goals. 31 August 2026
