- Independent handling of all administrative processes in the Employee Life Cycle
- Support for managers and employees in various personnel matters
- Preparation of interim and work references as well as confirmations
- Managing and maintaining the e-personnel files
- Assistance in recruiting specialists for the entire city administration
- Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as an HR officer
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in public administration
- Solid MS Office skills; experience with CMI, Abacus, or Refline is an advantage
- Responsible, natural, and creative personality with humor and a lot of commitment
- Motivation for administrative tasks and process-oriented topics
