Commercial Manager for Pension Plans (m/f/x)

To complete our team within our Sales and Marketing department, our group is looking for a Commercial Manager for pension plans in the Lausanne region, whose mission is to support our external service as well as agency brokers in the search and development of solutions for our clientele in the field of pension plans.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Accompany our external service in client meetings, advise and support them on pension and mortgage products;
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the field of individual life insurance, group insurance, and mortgages;
• Regularly monitor the results of the sales teams, find appropriate actions in collaboration with the general agents;
• Provide sales and product training and ensure their follow-up;
• Foster cross-functional relationships between agencies and management.

What makes you unique:

• Holder of a federal diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training;
• Professional experience in external service or client advisory is necessary;
• Successful professional experience in the field of pension plans and finance, mastery of legal and tax aspects is a great asset.

Additionally, you are client/solution-oriented, have great interpersonal skills and good pedagogical abilities. You are also entrepreneurial, autonomous, have a sense of negotiation, and integrate well into teams.
