Your Tasks
- Administrative and organizational support of a property manager
- Daily telephone contacts with tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Processing of terminations
- Drafting and sending purchase orders and requests for offers
- Processing and coding of supplier invoices
- Monitoring various reports (reports regularly sent to owners)
- Adjustment of rents
Your Profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Professional experience in the administrative field; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Native French speaker, very good skills in office correspondence
- Digital affinity, openness to change and innovation
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership mode
- Entrepreneurial mindset and actions with social skills
