About the job
- Leadership and development of the Train Operations area with teams at 7 locations and a total of around 280 train drivers according to the values and leadership principles of RhB.
- Responsibility as process owner for the process of operating trains and active participation in the process organization of RhB.
- Ensuring a safe, customer-oriented, and needs-based service delivery at all times in accordance with the quality requirements of our clients.
- Transformation of the specialist area into a modern, process-oriented organization with future-oriented job profiles and roles.
