Your mission: to offer warm, unique, and special service, where every gesture counts. You will greet guests with elegance, assist them with their luggage, and carefully park their vehicles. Your presence and professionalism will create a precious bond with our guests, making them feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Summary of responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Escort guests to their rooms, carry luggage, messages, or any other items within the hotel
- Ensure timely and efficient transfer of luggage to or from rooms
- Drive and park guests' cars according to standards
- Ensure the guest becomes familiar with their room upon arrival; for example, explain how the thermostat works
- Remain in the lobby after carrying luggage to respond to guests' needs, under the authority of the assistant chief concierge
- Inform guests about hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner
- Inform guests about activities, events…
- Know and apply LQA technical and emotional standards
- Commit to the quality of your service, discretion, and perfect honesty
- Maintain a professional attitude, be smiling, and remain calm at all times
- Respect ergonomic work standards in health & safety rules, hygiene, and sanitary prescriptions
- Respect the policies, procedures, and service standards of the department and company
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in a 4* or 5* hotel is an asset
- Previous experience in guest reception is an asset
- Holder of a valid Swiss driving license
- Fluency in French and English
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of another foreign language is an asset
- Particularly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to focus attention on guests' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Interest in local tourist activities
Physical demands of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Constant: standing and walking throughout the work period
- Frequent: lifting and carrying loads
- Constant: kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Frequent: climbing up or down stairs and ramps
VISA REQUIREMENTS
To work in Switzerland, the candidate must possess a Swiss work permit or be from an EU-17 or EU-8 European country.
