About the job
What you can achieve
- You take overall responsibility for personnel and leadership development and manage its strategic further development
- You develop future-oriented concepts, tools, and processes and successfully implement them together with your team and the HR Business Partners
- You advise and empower line managers at all hierarchical levels – especially the CEO, members of the hospital management, as well as chief physicians – on personnel and organizational development issues and act as a sparring partner for top management
- You represent the HR organization in cross-departmental change and transformation projects as well as in hospital-wide projects for leadership and organizational development, thereby sustainably shaping the further development of our leadership culture
- You lead the five-member personnel and leadership development team both professionally and personally, including budget responsibility, set priorities together, and ensure the achievement of agreed goals
What you bring with you
- A completed university degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, work and organizational psychology, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel and/or leadership development or as an HR Business Partner with a focus on consulting and organizational development
- Proven expertise and practical experience in advising and supporting senior management, including CEO, hospital management, and chief physicians, as well as confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- You recognize organizational challenges, develop viable solutions for them, and translate these into follow-up concepts and programs that you initiate and accompany yourself or through your team
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, set priorities, and deliver results on time
- (Leadership) experience in a complex, dynamic organization and in the hospital or healthcare sector is an advantage
- High consulting competence, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in making an impact in a demanding and changing environment
