What you will do with us
- You lead the team and the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager with passion and responsibility.
- You actively support the recruitment of new talents.
- You competently and enthusiastically advise our local and international customers.
- You operate the cash register and ensure a smooth payment process.
- You participate in inventory management and stock control.
- You work closely with the Shop Manager.
- You take co-responsibility for a smoothly organized shop operation.
When you fit with us
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role.
- You are a convincing sales personality with a strong customer orientation.
- Flexibility is a matter of course for you – including weekend shifts.
- Team spirit, commitment, and an open, positive demeanor characterize you.
- Passion for premium chocolate and attention to detail.
- Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages are a plus.
- Neat appearance and a friendly, proactive attitude.
