File manager at the Accounting Unit in the Administrative Directorate of the DP
The Department of Psychiatry is looking for a file manager, with an activity rate between 50% and 70%, to join the Accounting Unit of the West Psychiatry Center (SPANO) in Prangins. The start date is scheduled for December 1, 2025.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in the fields of care, research, and education.
The Department of Psychiatry (DP) covers three of the four health regions of the canton and brings together 11 services for children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people. It relies on nearly 2,000 employees, distributed among hospital structures, outpatient units, community care programs, research centers, and training pathways.
Mission
- You ensure the management of the main cash register in Prangins (presence desired every morning from Monday to Friday)
- You process supplier invoices and short-term debts
- You manage leave requests as well as reimbursements for training, congresses, and supervisions
- You perform various tasks assigned to the accounting unit.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and one year in cash management (cash handling). Additional training in this field is an asset
- You are comfortable with common office tools (Word, Excel)
- You have very good writing and interpersonal skills
- You have a strong taste for interprofessional collaboration and support for clinical teams
- You are autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, and motivated to train yourself in institutional tools.
