General Contractor Estimator (M/F/D) - 80-100%
Mission:
Integrated within the General Contractor calculation team, you ensure the acquisition of our future projects and works to be carried out. This role is essential to continue building our success and leave a lasting mark on the construction landscape.
Your tasks:
Analyze tender documents and extract crucial data
Estimate services to be performed in the form of ratios, and in the form of bids or quotes
In collaboration with the technical secretariat, prepare various tender documents (work scheduling, various technical reports, methodology, installation plan, etc.)
Define efficient construction methods and explore alternative variants or other optimizations
Develop solid partnerships with subcontractors to ensure competitive offers
Your profile:
You are an engineer, architect, certified contractor, or site manager with solid experience in calculation in the construction sector
Your autonomy, your in-depth knowledge of construction methods, and your mastery of computer tools distinguish you
Endowed with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, you are ready to take charge of the success of our projects
Fluency in French is essential and knowledge of German would be an asset
