For the Network Electricity and Telecom area, Services Department, we are looking for a committed personality as
Technical Specialist Network (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
We actively shape the energy transition and are looking for a motivated personality who wants to help shape this change.
This is what you will do
- Monitoring and evaluating technical, regulatory, and legal developments in the field of network and home installation technology
- Deriving and implementing measures from legal requirements as well as from the network strategy
- Developing and introducing concepts for grid-friendly use of flexibilities, as well as internal contact person for flexibilities
- Creating and conducting training for internal employees and external installers
- Contract management including creation, negotiation, and processing
- Participation in reporting
- Customer advice, handling inquiries, and participation in information events
- Independently implementing internal department and cross-department projects on behalf of the department head
This is what you bring
- Basic electrical engineering training with further education (technician HF, federally certified electrical installer or electrical engineer FH) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the electrical or energy sector
- Knowledge of standards, work regulations, and industry documents (VSE, ESTI, ElCom), ideally in the area of flexibilities or willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics and regulatory requirements
- Experience in project management
- Structured, independent, and analytical working style
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
