About the job

To complement our «Fugu» daycare team in Dübendorf, we are looking for an intern 40-60% starting in April or by arrangement, limited until the end of July.

«Fugu» daycares are a private operation aimed at expanding family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu»-Huus is located just a few minutes from Dübendorf train station. On 570m2, we care for children aged 3 months up to kindergarten age in bright, modern, and spacious rooms. The daycare is organized into 4 groups. Opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How brave are you? Working with children is full of life and you will never be bored. As an intern, you will gain your first experiences in the professional world. We accompany you on your path with care and empathy and support you with our expertise. You will learn the basics of childcare and gradually take on more responsibility. It is important to us that your backpack is full of knowledge and experience by the end of the internship year. This way, you will feel ready to start training as a childcare professional.

• TASKS
• Participation in the meaningful and appropriate design of everyday life
• Support of the group leader in managing the children’s group according to the educational principles of the «Fugu» daycares
• Collecting first professional experiences under guidance
• Co-organization of celebrations, festivals, and events

• REQUIREMENTS
• Completed compulsory schooling
• Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Reliable and resilient
• Self-reflection, willingness to develop further
• Good manners
