Your profile

• Commitment to social issues and enjoyment in actively shaping social developments
• Professional experience in trade unions, non-profit organizations, politics, social services, or related fields
• Experience in personnel management as well as in the development and implementation of strategies and projects
• Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as confident appearance in German
• Resilience, perseverance, and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaboratively develop and implement goals with employees and volunteer members
• Identification with values such as fairness, solidarity, and social justice
