Mission:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality work and optimal organization of the construction sites. Your tasks will be:
- Quality of the work performed and respect of the financial objectives of the sites, within the defined deadlines
- Plan, organize, execute and control the work on our sites (such as lighting, ventilation, signaling, etc.)
- Manage site personnel: Lead, coach, motivate and guide the assembly teams
- Financially monitor and administratively manage the sites (such as daily reports from assemblers, measurements, etc.)
- Supervise the management of equipment and tools, place orders for missing materials in coordination with the Project Manager
- Apply current standards and continuously verify that all safety measures are taken
Profile:
- Electrician or electrical installer CFC
- Certification as an electrical Site Manager is a strong asset
- Benefit from initial professional experience
- Experience in team management
- Experience in road or railway infrastructure is a strong asset
- Organized, dynamic, motivated and flexible person
- Valid driving license mandatory
