In the Raiffeisen gastronomy in St. Gallen with its 3 outlets, our host team with 15 employees and 2 apprentices spoils around 300 guests daily. The market-fresh and homemade offer in the restaurant Roter Platz consists of a weekly changing menu, a starter buffet, and desserts in a Weck jar. In the staff restaurant Giardino, we offer a Giardino plate, Fresh&Tasty, Chefs Choice, weekly special, and a salad buffet. In the staff restaurant Bistretto, we offer front cooking. Besides the Chörbli snack, there is also a daily changing bowl and a wok dish with various toppings. Sandwiches, bircher muesli, crunchy muesli, fresh fruits, and pastries are available in all restaurants. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Company events and special occasions are regularly held. The restaurant Roter Platz can be privately booked in the evenings and on weekends for company events, birthdays, and Christmas dinners.
