Project Assistant: Construction Administration 80-100%

Job Description:

As a project assistant, you support our project and construction management in all administrative tasks: from taking minutes to correspondence, document management, and construction administration. You also assist in preparing order confirmations and contracts and are responsible for managing the entire invoicing process. Additionally, you ensure the correct and careful management of construction accounting.

What we expect from you:

Commercial training

Industry experience in architecture or engineering offices as well as knowledge of project workflows in the construction industry

Helpfulness and independent, careful work

Customer-oriented personality with a sense of humor

Good user skills in MS Office applications, user knowledge in Messerli

Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good knowledge of other national languages is an advantage
