- Contact person for our clients as well as co-responsibility for the care process and working in an interdisciplinary team
- Close cooperation with relatives and coordination of internal contacts
- Enjoyment in dealing with and working with people of all ages
- Participation in internal specialist groups
- Bring new ideas and suggestions - we want to develop further with you
- Desire for independent and responsible work
- Own vehicle available for work
