Your tasks:

• Implement ISS's strategy and objectives
• Respect and follow the standards and guidelines defined by the clients
• Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
• Ensure operational and financial management (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets...) of the services delivered on the client site
• Propose, develop and implement improvements
• Be the privileged contact person for clients
• Participate in and monitor project control 
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Responsible for personnel management and supervision (planning, allocation of hours, recruitment, annual reviews...)
• Responsible for administration, compliance with KPIs, SLAs, procedures and work processes, and if necessary, their creation

Your profile:

• Trained in cleaning or hospitality
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar activity, ideally in Facility Services, professional cleaning, or the service sector
• Proven and certified professional and managerial skills
• Very good knowledge in managing soft services, mainly cleaning services
• Innate communication skills, excellent speaker
• Analytical skills
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong team spirit
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English (level B1) 
• Proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with digital tools in general
• Autonomous and solution-oriented
• Charismatic personality with a strong customer orientation
• Very good stress resistance
