Your tasks
- You check the entitlement to economic social assistance for individuals and families and grant it within the framework of legal social assistance.
- You support people in the first steps towards professional and social integration.
- You collaborate with internal and external specialist offices, social insurances, and authorities.
- You are administratively supported by caseworkers, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist offices, and work together with your colleagues in the team.
Your profile
- You have a university of applied sciences degree in social work or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you have further training in the social insurance sector.
- You have professional experience in economic social assistance.
- You treat all people with respect and can handle different expectations.
- You have an affinity for financial matters, possess administrative skills, and are decisive.
- You are characterized by your agile thinking and working style.
