Your area of responsibility
- Handling telephone and written inquiries (ticket, email, and chat) in the areas of billing and administration in German, French, and English
- Creation, review, and dispatch of individual invoices and credit notes
- Timely execution of periodic billing and dunning runs
- Monitoring and verification of incoming payments
- Initiation of refunds following credit notes
- Blocking, deletion, and deactivation of subscriptions due to payment default or cancellation
- Carrying out changes in the customer base (address changes, ownership transfers, etc.)
- Collaboration with other departments
- Distribution and control of written customer inquiries
- Handling general administrative tasks
Your skills
- Commercial basic training
- Initial professional experience and knowledge in accounting are an advantage
- Independent and precise working style
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Resilient and able to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Experience with MS Office and ERP programs (e.g., Abacus or SAP)
- Fluent language skills in German, additional language skills are a great advantage (French, English)
