Physics Teacher 60%The Kantonsschule Limmattal is a high school for the regions of Knonauer Amt and Limmattal and is located in Urdorf. It includes a two-year lower level (7th/8th grade) and the subsequent short gymnasium (9th–12th grade). All Matura profiles and a bilingual Matura are offered.
Starting from the 2026/27 school year, we have a teaching position for Physics (60%) to fill.
Profile
Ideally, you have a completed university degree or doctorate in Physics, teaching experience at the gymnasium level, and enjoy engaging with the department and school. A teaching diploma is not required, but you have already started training as a gymnasium teacher.

Collection and classrooms are located in a contemporary new building, where you have your own equipped workplace. An experienced mentor and a cooperative department will accompany you and ensure a careful introduction to everyday school life. Teachers are supported by a dedicated team of laboratory assistants. Employment is according to the regulations for secondary and vocational school teachers of the canton of Zurich.
