OT Cyber Security Specialist

GRITEC is a technology partner for demanding industrial projects, product and capital goods development. We design, simulate, develop, and realize with the latest methods and engineering tools. Our own electronics/software lab, the well-equipped workshop for prototype and automation system construction, as well as an experienced simulation team support our development and design teams as well as those of our customers from idea generation to the finished industrialized product.

We are looking for a OT Cyber Security Specialist

• Contribute your expertise to the further development of our cyber security portfolio
• Consulting and development of OT security solutions for our customers
• Planning, leading, and executing consulting projects in the areas of information & cyber security
• Conducting security assessments and supporting the implementation of ISMS
• Integration and configuration of solutions in the areas of monitoring, asset management, and vulnerability management
• Participation in the OT incident response team

• Education at FH/HF level in computer science, systems engineering, or a comparable field, supplemented by further training in cyber security
• Proven experience in OT security projects or OT environments
• Knowledge of relevant standards and norms such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Understanding of industrial control systems and their specific security requirements
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
• Confident demeanor towards C-level individuals and technical contacts
