Polymechanic as CNC Turner
Activities
- Programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis turning/milling centers (DMG Mori)
- Manufacturing workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials
- Independent programming at the machine and at the CAM workstation
- Inspection and documentation of finished parts
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in mechanical processing
- Good knowledge of Siemens controls for CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
- CAM experience is an advantage and good to very good Mastercam experience
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
