Site Manager in Electricity

• Organization and technical and administrative management of sites in collaboration with project managers
• Management of your team of collaborators (5 to 10 people)
• Assignment and coordination of tasks among team members
• Management of equipment and supplies
• Measurement and work report for work performed outside the contract
• Respect and enforce safety on the site
• Participation in site meetings
• Certificate of electrician installer CFC or equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland
• Electrician site manager diploma (an asset)
• Proven experience as a site manager (minimum 5 years)
• Ability to work in a team, autonomy, rigor, and overall vision
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and a good spirit of collaboration, you are able to motivate and unite your team
• Adaptability to find solutions and handle unforeseen events
• Proficiency in standard computer programs (Office)
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
• Driving license required
• Resident of the Vaud region
