About the job
Attached to the aforementioned department and placed under the responsibility of the Head of Service, the Project Manager collaborates in the implementation of a social cohesion project for the population of Prilly. Within the framework of these projects, he/she serves as the operational reference for the general public by using and developing the concepts and tools of sociocultural animation and community social work. He or she holds a proximity function with a strong component of coordination and management. One of the objectives is to transform the findings of the "My Neighborhood, My Voice" diagnostics into an action plan, organize its implementation, and ensure its follow-up.
The missions entrusted to you are as follows:
- Engage with the population by setting up regular activities and maintaining a presence at major City events
- Promote associative life and facilitate group meetings of residents to create a participatory dynamic and enable the emergence of collective projects
- Design and implement animation projects in line with the needs of the population, while ensuring the planning, execution, and supervision of activities
- Develop trusting relationships with partners to promote social cohesion and represent the service team to external bodies or in working groups
- Create or actively participate in networks and attend coordination meetings
- Ensure proper information transmission and facilitate its flow within the service
- Encourage reflective work within the team and foster a cooperative and trusting climate respecting each individual
- Participate in drafting reports for partners
- Establish monitoring to report on the work done (activity report, annual review, memos, etc.) for political bodies
Profile sought:
- HES diploma in social work or university degrees deemed equivalent (SSP)
- Successful experience in managing participatory processes and project management
- Experience in supporting and welcoming the general public
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, facilitating, and managing groups
- Knowledge of sociocultural and intergenerational issues
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Flawless French, both spoken and written
