TASKS • Support the Head of Human Resources, Finance and IT in managing and implementing various projects
• Participate in projects involving concept development, tendering, implementation, testing, and user training
• Actively contribute to optimizations, digitization, and data reporting to enable well-founded and quick business decisions
REQUIREMENTS • In training in the fields of business informatics or business administration or already completed training in these areas
• Very good knowledge of Office365 tools, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Independent and analytical working style, project management skills
• Empathetic service provider, good communication skills
• Enjoyment of the construction industry and a regional family business
