Product management for investment funds ensures an attractive, competitive, and future-oriented product offering. Market situations, customer needs, and regulatory requirements are constantly changing and require agile and responsible action from us in managing our projects. We work together with specialists from various areas.
The current vacancy focuses on passive funds, including ETFs, domiciled in Switzerland and Ireland, as well as alternative fund structures (Private Equity and Real Estate) at the second largest fund provider in Switzerland. Additionally, there is the prospect of taking over team leadership due to succession planning.
Your tasks
- Responsible for designing, further developing, and product life cycle management of our fund range
- Management of the Irish ETF platform including due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and process development in collaboration with all external service providers (e.g., management company, custodian bank, administrator) throughout the entire fund life cycle
- Initiating product innovations (including creating business cases)
- Leading and participating in projects (e.g., product launches, repositionings, mergers, or implementing regulatory requirements)
- Creating performance, price, market, and competitor analyses as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
- Close collaboration with various departments (fund management, asset management, sales, legal services, custodian bank, and administration)
- Creating and coordinating communication for internal and external sales within the framework of fund measures
- Perspective of team leadership
Your profile
- University degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (university or university of applied sciences) as well as further education such as CFA, CAIA, or CIIA
- At least seven years of relevant experience in product development and life cycle management of collective investment schemes with European domicile at a financial service provider as well as solid know-how of the investment and fund industry
- Successful management of projects for new launches, repositioning, and integration of complex fund products
- Proven competence in contract negotiation, management, and monitoring of service providers such as management companies, custodian banks, administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
- Experience in implementing regulatory adjustments and migrations to new platforms
- Strong conceptual, planning, and analytical skills as well as pronounced solution orientation
- Self-motivated, resilient, and team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German; business fluent in English
