Due to the growing number of projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are expanding our MS Solutions team. The numerous exclusive projects vary in format, scope, industries, and companies.
Your preferred ELCA location can be in Basel, Bern, Rapperswil, or Zurich.
Your tasks
As a Senior Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you work simultaneously on various diverse and demanding customer projects following agile principles. Depending on the project, you work on-site at the customer or in-house at one of our locations.
- You act both as a technical and functional consultant.
- You are involved in the entire lifecycle of CRM projects: pre-sales, offers, requirements analysis, solution design, construction, deployment, maintenance, and operation.
- You have direct customer contact, both with technical staff and business users and end-users.
- You work closely with others in the team.
- You develop solution designs based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
- You support the solution design together with team members and experts, and you take on part of the work in implementation.
- Depending on the project setup, you work closely with colleagues in the French-speaking part of Switzerland or with our offshore development team in Vietnam.

Your profile
- Technical degree from a university/ETH/FH
- You have practical experience and knowledge in Power Apps / Model-driven App / Canvas App / Dataverse / Power Automate / Power Pages
- You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service Management, Marketing
- You know the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You understand the limits of configuration and know which extensions can be cost-effectively implemented through programming
- You have good programming skills in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio), especially in the context of D365 (plugins, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps), is a great advantage
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Power BI, AI is an advantage
- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in leading and implementing CRM projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including certifications) and alternatively experience in project management
- Experience in the IT service environment is a great advantage
- Very good German and English skills. French is an advantage.
