Your Area of Responsibility
- Support of assigned areas in our hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen in the HR processes of recruitment, support, and development
- Consultation and support of managers and employees in operational and strategic HR topics
- Analysis and optimization of HR processes
- Participation in HR projects and change management processes
- Close collaboration in the areas of personnel marketing, training and further education, as well as personnel administration
Your Competencies
- Further education in HR or completed studies (specialist certificate level or bachelor)
- Several years of professional experience in HR and knowledge of labor law are an advantage
- High advisory competence and strong communication skills
- Structured, goal-oriented, and precise way of working
- Trustworthy, empathetic, and assertive personality
