During an internship in our Blue Spa Restaurant, you have the opportunity to get to know the exciting and diverse tasks of the service area up close.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Welcoming guests, accompanying them to the table, and performing professional service
- Introduction to the service standards of the Hotel Bayerischer Hof
- Training in the food and beverage knowledge of the restaurant
- Preparation and deployment at exclusive events in the restaurant
- Compliance with and ensuring cleanliness and order, preparation of Mise en Place
- Successfully completed school leaving certificate or current attendance at a hotel management or tourism school
- Ideally practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
- Teamwork skills and willingness to perform
- A charming, fresh, and warm demeanor, as well as a neat appearance
- Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
