Tasks
Our department is growing, and therefore we are looking for additional support
In this exciting and varied newly created role, you will act as a float to specifically support the senior physician and chief physician secretaries of a specialist department
You organize and manage the senior physician to chief physician consultations, prepare medical reports, plan surgeries and external examinations
Further tasks include service recording according to TARDOC, processing incoming mail, managing mailboxes, and handling telephone inquiries
You work closely with the secretarial and medical teams as well as other departments of the clinic and will be carefully introduced to your area of responsibility
Profile
You have training as a hospital and medical secretary or MPA with several years of professional experience in a clinic or larger practice setting
A flexible and independent working style is one of your strengths, as is the enjoyment of patient contact and working in a larger team
You are a resilient, trustworthy, and friendly personality with a high service orientation
You have good IT skills as well as confident German language skills and good spoken English skills. Additional language skills are an advantage.
