About the job
Historical site, the Pâquis site housed the first infirmary of Morges in the 19th century, then the city's first hospital, before being converted into a nursing home in the 1970s. With its renovated premises, the site hosts part of the administrative functions of the EHC, such as human resources, finance, and information systems. The "Pâquis" site regained its medical vocation with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, becoming one of the canton’s largest testing and vaccination centers. This site now houses the Pâquis Medical Center, the endocrinology-diabetology center, and the infusion center.
We are looking for our administrative site Pâquis a:
HR Working Time Management Specialist (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- Federal diploma in human resources, HR training or an equivalent recognized title.
- Confirmed experience in working time management, ideally in the health sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and rules related to working time.
- Ease with HR IT systems / planning tools (such as Polypoint, SAP, Opale, etc.).
- A strong digital culture and an appetite for new technologies.
- A strong sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills in an environment valuing client and solution orientation and ease working with diverse interlocutors (caregivers, managers, HR).
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate) and rigor.
- Ability to manage projects with a broad perspective and strong results orientation.
- A sense of responsibility and priorities as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Sufficient agility to evolve in a very dynamic sector while ensuring flexibility and listening, while being proactive.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Manage, maintain and develop the time and planning management system (attendance, absences, schedules, on-call duties).
- Ensure legal and contractual compliance (LTr, OLT, CCT, internal regulations, medical specificities).
- Control the quality and consistency of time data (balances, overtime, vacation, long absences).
- Advise and support managers and service heads in defining schedules for planning establishment.
- Analyze key indicators (overtime, under/over-occupation, absences) and formulate operational recommendations.
- Participate in transversal HR projects: harmonization of practices, evolution of scheduling rules, digitalization.
- Train and support users (HR, management, planners) and provide functional support for the tool.
- Collaborate closely with IT and time management solution providers.
