Your responsibilities
- Execution of culinary production associated with the administrative position
- Management of one to three kitchen assistants or cooks
- Management of goods and monitoring the freshness of products as well as their storage
- Management of the allotted production deadlines
- You work both in a team and independently for various events
- Continuous working hours in the morning or evening as well as one weekend out of two
Your profile
- Hold a CFC in cooking or equivalent (BEP)
- Three years of experience as a cook in banqueting is mandatory
- Hotel and gastronomic experience minimum 4 years
- Spoken and written French, English is a real asset
- You appreciate teamwork
- You have a high adaptability
- We offer you: 100% in continuous hours from Monday to Friday morning, either in the evening and some weekends
