Within our Banking Support team, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of operational activities supporting our Front Office teams worldwide. By collaborating with them, you will gain enriching experience as you closely observe banking sector activities and client interactions. Thanks to your involvement in the continuous improvement of our processes and your participation in automation projects, you will play a driving role in the evolution of our organization, while bringing your ideas and energy to our collective success.
Your role
- Manage the processing and follow-up of operational incidents, ensuring effective handling while working closely with our Front Office teams in Switzerland and Europe.
- Perform operational controls in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory provisions (MiFIR, LEI, etc.) and provide support for client requests related to their LEI management, while integrating the challenges faced by the concerned teams.
- Ensure data compliance related to regulatory and tax requirements by being involved in the management of CRS and FATCA campaigns and identifying non-compliance risks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal and external communications for our clients, ensuring alignment of business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Actively collaborate in the continuous improvement of our processes and communication flows by interacting with different departments, thus bringing your vision and innovative ideas.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
- 3-5 years of initial experience in banking operations, customer service, or a related field: an asset.
- Curiosity about regulatory frameworks and ability to understand their challenges (FATCA, CRS, LEI, EMIR, etc.).
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel/Tableau, and interest in banking systems (knowledge of Avaloq is a plus).
- Ability to manage stress, versatility, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Fluency in French and English, with written and oral communication skills.
