About the job

• you record all necessary data during hospital admission of outpatient and inpatient patients (including emergency admission)
• you process incoming mail, manage the main cash desk, and handle various administrative tasks
• you clarify insurance coverage with guarantors and conduct correspondence regarding cost approvals
• you create and process patient invoices according to valid tariffs and contracts
• you maintain close contact and professional exchange with health insurance companies and coordinate any inquiries

• you have a commercial or medical basic education and have already worked in the health or insurance sector
• you always keep an overview and a cool head even in hectic situations
• you perform administrative tasks skillfully and efficiently
• you are a communicative and customer-oriented person and deal empathetically with people in challenging situations
• you work reliably and independently and are characterized by your organizational talent
