Spida Social Insurances is a Switzerland-wide active, innovative competence center in the field of pension and social insurance services. Our employees provide comprehensive support to customers in the areas of AHV, income compensation scheme, parental compensation, family allowances, and occupational pension.
Our own IT department ensures the smooth operation of our entire infrastructure with its expertise and contributes significantly to our service quality. The main working tool of our employees is the AKIS application, with which we carry out contribution collection and benefit disbursement for the 1st/2nd pillar and family compensation fund.
For our four-person IT team, we are looking for a
ICT Specialist (100%)
You are a committed person with professional experience in first- and second-level support and laptop/M365 administration as well as network and ICT security.
Your Tasks
- First- and second-level ICT user support with a main focus on the AKIS application and interface to the third-level support of M&S
- Troubleshooting and continuous optimization of laptop, application, VoIP issues as well as ICT security
- Maintenance of AKIS configurations, permissions, and batch processing, and creation and optimization of processes
- Coordination of testing and installation of AKIS releases and patches
- Creation and monitoring of backups (Veeam)
- Monitoring of various tools such as PRTG, M365 (Defender, Intune…), Qualys, and Veeam
- Participation in ICT projects
- Participation in budgeting, purchasing, and management of the ICT infrastructure
You Bring
- Motivation, good work organization, and willingness to perform
- Basic ICT training (IT apprenticeship or career changer with technical training and ICT knowledge corresponding to the tasks)
- Very good knowledge in the Microsoft 365 area (Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, Teams)
- Advantageous: knowledge and experience with Fortinet
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an ICT support function and enjoyment of support activities, customer orientation, and flair for customer needs
- Willingness to take on responsibility and further development
- Excellent German skills, English skills desired
