• You take on the professional leadership as well as the deputy personnel management of our collection team with around 15 employees
• You actively participate in the operational daily business of collections and contribute to exciting projects
• You further develop the area and work closely with the team management, specialist lead, and product managers to make processes smarter, more digital, and automated
• This also includes the professional support of our offshore employees, managing the knowledge database, as well as performing controls and quality checks of employees and further developing the topics
• You take over special cases from employees and clarify them together with the responsible persons – whether with customers, general agencies, internal departments, or employees

• You have a degree from a higher technical school for business or insurance management or several years of experience in the in- and out-collection area, at a debt collection office or an insurance company
• You like to take responsibility, make quick decisions, and are characterized by your assertiveness
• You already have very good analytical skills, a quick grasp, and work independently
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. Good French and Italian skills are an advantage
