For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Property Manager 100% at our location in Lucerne starting October 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your Challenge
- Organization and execution of apartment handovers and returns
- Management of various parking garages
- Creation and administration of rental contracts
- Support in the management of commercial spaces
- Active contact with tenants, prospective tenants, technical service, and customers
- Issuing work orders to craftsmen
- Telephone service as well as reception of visitors and guests
- Organization of internal and external events
- Coordination and maintenance of meeting appointments and discussion dates
- General secretarial work and special tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Further training as a real estate management clerk or willingness to obtain it
- Enjoy working with people with a good appearance
- Communicative, responsible personality
- Team player
- Confident German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Driver's license category B
