Your Tasks
Clarifications: In the clarifications, you assess the need for assistance together with the parties involved and formulate recommendations for further action, taking into account the situation of children, adolescents, and families.
Agreed Case Management: In cases of multiple burdens, you coordinate necessary assistance, support children, adolescents, and parents in crises, with parenting issues or visitation conflicts, and work closely and reliably with professional partners.
Mandate Management: You provide all services in consultation with the families or on behalf of the KESB / civil court and are responsible for the entire assistance process from assessment to evaluation.
Your Profile
Experience: You are preferably in an advanced stage of your studies and have ideally already gained experience in the social field. Good PC skills and confident written expression are required.
Personality: You work empathetically, responsibly, and structured with families and professionals. Ideally, you are over 24 years old and interested in the field of child and youth protection.
Education: As part of the practice-accompanying studies (Bachelor's degree at a University of Applied Sciences) in Social Work, you gradually take on more tasks and responsibilities.
