Tasks
- Supervision of the self-service buffet
- Ensuring mise en place as well as product presentation
- Operating the cash register including accounting
- Cleaning and tidying tasks
- Carrying out and assisting with various events for internal and external guests
Profile
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy
- Experience in service or community catering: advantage in healthcare
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no room service)
- Friendly, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- High customer orientation and personal responsibility
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good knowledge of German
