Tasks
The central tasks include maintaining and continuously completing the internal record of processing activities, which serves as the basis for the data protection-compliant design of internal processes.
Additionally:
- You assist in reviewing data protection contracts
- Research on data protection issues in collaboration with the DPO/DPC
- You process, answer, and document internal data protection-related inquiries
- Legal support in the implementation of projects related to data protection
- Handling of data subject rights requests and correspondence with authorities
- You participate in internal awareness and sensitization measures

Requirements
- Ongoing law studies at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master)
- Strong interest in data protection topics
- Basic knowledge of the Swiss Data Protection Act (CH-DSG) and the EU GDPR is desirable
- Structured, independent, and careful working style, combined with a high sense of responsibility and a clear understanding of the required discretion of the role
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
