«Zäme witercho» At the Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as rapid emergency admissions and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare center, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.

To strengthen our executive management, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual who enjoys leadership, development, and shaping.

Your role – versatile, responsible, impactful

Your main tasks are:

Operational overall responsibility for facility management, IT/digitalization, and gastronomy
Active participation in the development and implementation of corporate strategy and corporate goals
Responsibility for new, expansion, and conversion projects as well as sustainable infrastructure maintenance including energy management
Ensuring efficient, customer-oriented, and cross-departmental service delivery
Further development of digitalization in the company and ensuring reliable IT operations and support (including data protection)
Ensuring high service quality in the gastronomy sector
Continuous optimization of internal processes and workflows
Management of maintenance and supply contracts (excluding care & therapy areas)
Leading company-wide projects to further develop our organization
Regular exchange with internal and external stakeholders
Direct leadership of 6 employees and overall responsibility for an area with around 65 employees

What distinguishes you:

Higher education in facility management or a comparable field with business or leadership-related further training
Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position
Solid project management experience in new, expansion, and conversion projects
Sound knowledge of IT and digitalization topics as well as a strong understanding of their operational application
Good knowledge of processes and requirements in the gastronomy environment
Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style with high initiative
Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness
Experience in leading, developing, and motivating employees
Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and shaping change
