Activities

Responsible for and leading the operational activities in the area of community mandates
Personnel management and support of directly subordinate employees as well as leading and organizing the team deployment

Further developing and optimizing the areas of case management and administration (processes, organization, tools)

Requirements

Tertiary education: Bachelor (FH or University / TH), preferably in Social Work or equivalent
2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
At least 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
English | spoken: B2 | written: B2 (advantageous)
