6-MONTH INTERNSHIP starting January 5, 2026
Attached to the commercial team of Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port, you assist the
Reservation Manager and her team in monitoring hotel reservations.
A true lifeline of the hotel, the Reservation Service allows you to acquire
expertise in sales discourse of services, adapted to the Luxury industry.
The main tasks are:
- Assist the Reservation Manager in the administrative follow-up of files
- Monitor and apply the pricing grid and commercial strategy for room sales
- Collaborate with the commercial team and the revenue manager
- Make individual reservations
- Check and enter reservations
- Manage and monitor groups
- Accompany client meetings and scouting visits
Tools and training available:
- Training in commercial speech, Sofitel sales pitch
- Training on ResaWeb / Opera software and other ACCOR Group tools
Minimum 6 months, the following skills are preferred if possible:
- 1st hotel experience desired
- Fluent English
- Good presentation
- Autonomy, initiative, and creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Meal allowances
2 consecutive weekly rest days
