Electrician - Project Manager for Prestige Projects in Lucerne

• Independent project management from A to Z – from the offer to billing
• Consultation and needs assessment with customers – from simple to demanding electrical installations
• Support in order acquisition and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Work preparation, coordination and alignment with partners on the construction site
• Leadership and supervision of directly subordinate employees and apprentices
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality including reporting and project administration

• Basic training as an electrician EFZ
• Further training as a project manager (or higher professional examination advantageous)
• Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position
• Driver's license category B
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry-standard software
• Independent, structured working style with organizational strength
• Confident appearance as well as good communication skills
